Operating problems solved in the real world.

One client engagement shows the depth. Systems built for our own ventures show the range. The common thread is a process people can follow and tools they can trust.

Client engagement · names withheld

Operations, channels, and commerce across two product brands.

Work for a custom van conversion company and the overland storage brand it acquired. Supplier names, pricing, and client data remain private; figures are rounded.

  • ~90missing confirmation numbers identified in the first review
  • 40+traceable purchase orders created in two months
  • 100+Shopify product pages rebuilt and signed off
  • ~10dropship product lines launched without inventory on hand

Operations control

Make every part and order visible.

Build parts were consolidated into one tracked workflow. Purchase orders gained a standard format, approval path, and status that could be followed across active builds.

Result: missing confirmations surfaced immediately, open orders became traceable, and the team had one place to see what was needed, ordered, received, or late.

Channel partnerships

Turn new accounts into repeatable operations.

Supplier, dealer, and online-retailer relationships were developed in both directions: adding third-party products to the client's stores and placing the client's products with retail partners.

Result: account setup, listings, initial orders, and the ongoing handoff became an operating workflow instead of a chain of inbox tasks.

Commerce systems

Control the product data before it reaches the store.

More than 100 Shopify pages were rebuilt through a structured template and review process. New-product launch standards connected costs, specifications, supplier paperwork, and store content.

Result: catalog work moved from one-off editing to a repeatable path with accuracy and business signoff before publication.

Operator proof

We run the systems we recommend.

These are BuiltWRKS and affiliated internal operations, not outside client engagements. They show how the same method transfers across business models.

Two-marketplace rental operation

One availability calendar blocks conflicting dates across two marketplaces. Separate price books and guardrails keep channel logic distinct, while bookings import every five minutes through deterministic code.

A private control panel handles daily, weekly, and monthly billing, tracks occupancy and payment status, and avoids false collection alerts for platform-collected stays.

Structured Shopify catalog

A pre-launch aftermarket catalog uses structured fitment, brand pages, redirects, and a daily data-quality check. One product model supports both reference content and commerce.
